 Recipe for Hot Mint Chutney
Quantity: 7-8 Serving         Preparation: 5min         Cooking: 5min
Mint Chutney is probably the most favourite Indian accompaniment. Dhoklas, Chilas, Tikkis etc. are considered incomplete without this chutney. It is also good for spreading on Sandwithes.

:: Ingredients ::

  • 2 cup chopped mint (phudina) leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 10 Thai Hot Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • :: Method ::
  • Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using very little water.
  • Refrigerate and use as required.
